EXPERIENCE: EDELHEISS WINE, THE HOT, PASSIONATE RED

"In order to preserve the health qualities of a red wine and generate the desired experience, we engineered an organic wine that culminates only natural and comforting ingredients."

Rodney Foster, Founder

Luxury Lifestyle Consultant, Rodney Foster, Founder and CEO of Edelheiss Wine spoke about his passion for red wine and it's health benefits.  He indicated his personal desires for his specific recipe for a German wine tradition that he fell deeply in love with.  He insisted, "In order to preserve the healthful qualities of a red wine and generate the desired experience, we engineered an organic wine that culminates only natural and comforting ingredients."  Foster shares his personal story of how his wine was founded:

"In 2011, as I was preparing for a winter vacation in St. Moritz, Switzerland, a colleague to me to try Gluhwein, a hot mulled wine that originated in Germany. Upon arriving in St. Moritz, I found a restaurant with an open outdoor bar even though it was approximately 27 degrees.  The bar sold Gluhwein. I was amazed by the people lounging, in the freezing weather, drinking as if they were sitting indoors by a fireplace. As the bartender poured me a glass of Gluhwein, I remained astonished by the people outside. However, by the time I finished my glass, I understood why people were sitting outside. I felt warm, cozy and extremely relaxed. And that is a feeling I will never forget, The only thing that was disappointing to me was that I could not experience this feeling at home. At that moment, I decided that I needed to create a Gluhwein to be enjoyed in the United States.

Through fate, fortitude and Facebook, I met my business partner, Reemt Peters.  Reemt is German and coincidentally, a connoisseur of Gluhwein. Together we have decided to create Edelheiss Wine, a high-end hot mulled wine that will literally be the hottest thing in the American wine business.  The name Edelheiss is inspired by the Swiss flower, edelweiss. In German, edel means royal or noble and heiss means hot. Edelheiss Wine will provide you with a warmth, coziness, and a fabulous experience. "

Edelheiss Wine is the Premium spiced-infused mulled wine, making its way to the market and a restaurant near you.
